LAPP Automaatio has been awarded the HSEQ certificate (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality), a standardized recognition demonstrating the organization's commitment to high standards in health, safety, environmental responsibility, and quality. The certification is based on international standards such as ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety).

LAPP Automaatio achieved a total score of 532 out of a maximum of 750 in the assessment conducted by Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy, which is considered excellent. At the time of evaluation, the average score among assessed companies was 393.

The HSEQ certificate helps companies improve operational efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure responsible business practices. It also provides a significant competitive advantage by strengthening trust among customers, employees, and stakeholders. The certification enables organizations to systematically develop their processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements and customer expectations.

LAPP Automaatio's HSEQ certification process originated from its temperature sensor manufacturing, where high quality, precision, and reliability were already critical factors. Operating under these stringent requirements laid a strong foundation for certification.

"The certificate is a recognition of our reliability and commitment to responsibility. It gives our customers confidence that collaborating with us is both safe and environmentally friendly," says Markus Saarela, Product Group Manager at LAPP Automation.

“The HSEQ certificate brings clarity and structure to our production processes. It allows us to further improve efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure that we operate safely and responsibly every day,” Saarela adds.
